Many people, even Christians, always feel their life is boring.  They feel that they are doing the same thing day by day.  They don't have joy, or they may be very easy to lose it.  Jesus promised that whoever believed in Him would have abundant life.  But if you go to the church today, you will find plenty of people who have not.  And they are truly Christians!

What is the master key to abundant living?

Only one word will be it.

         What is the word?

1050 years ago, the founder of Salvation Amy said that one word in his telegram: "others".

Yes, to think and live for others!  That is the key to an abundant life.  Don't live under yourself, don't focus on ME.  To give, to share, to serve, to help, to bless, to live for OTHERS!  And you will have an abundant life.  If you want to be great, you must be a servant ( Mark 10:44).  Put aside the small, narrow, shallow, little, empty ME.  You will not be truly happy unless you find out and know how to serve the OTHERS.

The way to take your life to the height is by serving in the low places, not to think about what I can get, but about what I can give.

As a Christian, if you feel your life is boring, don't blame God for it.  God is not boring.  It is you.  If you try to fulfill 24 hours a day with stuffs that please you, your life is boring!  Brother, your prayer can be: bless me, fix me, help me, prosper me.  You can write a whole book for just ME.  But what did the Bible say about me?A gain of wheat is meant to go into the ground and die and miraculous and glorious things will happen (John 12:24).  Your life is not meant for you!  It is terrible for a pastor to babysit a bunch of selfish focused Christians.  God did not call us to be a babysitter in the church.  God called us to rise up an army of Christ.  Grow up!

This world is full of SELF.  Self-enjoy, self-fulfill, self-success.  Just put an SELF on the title of a book, and it will be among the bestsellers.  However, it is NOT the spirit of Jesus.  Mark 10:45, for even the son of man did not come to be served, but to serve and to give.  If the God man lived a life like that, then how should we live?

To serve and to give is the highest level of humanity, not the life that makes me think that I am somebody.  This is the key to abundant life, this is why you live, why you work, and why you get married and all.  If you wake up in the morning with the mind of Christ, you will not try to ascend, but to descend to pour yourself out.  Live to give!

The Bible said that 1000 years is like a day in the eyes of God.  Then do the math.  Our life is like 57 minutes.  Put your treasure in heaven.  Store up for yourself in eternity.  The Bible said that Jesus prepared a home for us in heaven.  But is your home there with any treasure?  It depends on what you did when you are still on earth.

Maybe you think you should not help others because you yourself is the poor.  No.  You are not the poor.  The 3 billion poor people on this planet are living on 1.50 $ a day.  Money is either the devil's servant, or God's servant.

Many Christians will not live to give because of insecurity, not because they don't love Jesus.  What is the source of your security?  Is it job? Is it bank? Government?  Are they reliable?  If God, our Father is my source, I can live to give.  Otherwise I will just get hold of money and never have real security.

Don't listen to the world.  The world knows nothing of fulfilling.  They are all going to the hell.  Nothing is emptier than a self-focused life.  We measure how blessed we are by giving and serving, not by gaining and taking.  What does it matter how much you have accumulated at the end of your life?

The more you help others, the more you have the share in eternal glory.  In this way, to help others is to help yourself.

To put your security is a step of faith, even for Christians.  How to spell " faith"?  It is R-I-S-K! God, if you believe HE is real and living, is worthy of your risking.  Trust Him.  Do what He wants you to do, and put your security in Him.  Do you dare to trust your God?

One of the bravest Christian woman, Helen Taller, said, life is either a daring adventure, or it is nothing.

You may not be able to change the world.  But you can change somebody's world.  There are thousands of ways of dying.  Don't die bored.  Make sure you die good.  We only die once, may it be glorious!
